Build Software Limited collects your personal information

Build Solutions is a provider of an online software application called Build Projects “The Service” which involves the storage of Data about companies and individuals. We collect your personal information in order to enable you to use the Build Projects applications and to put you and other contractors and suppliers in contact with one another for tendering and supply purposes. Besides our staff, we share this information with other contractors and suppliers in order to enable contractors and suppliers to contact each other in relation to tenders and projects.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name and contact details, we'll be unable to put you in contact with other contractors and suppliers and you will be unable to utilise the full functionality of the Build Projects applications.

Through Your use of the Service, Build Software Limited may also collect information from You about someone else. If You provide Build Software Limited with personal information about someone else, You must ensure that You are authorised to disclose that information to Build Software Limited and that, without Build Software Limited taking any further steps required by applicable data protection or privacy laws, Build Software Limited may collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes described in this Policy.

Build Software Limited uses cookies

In providing the Service, Build Software Limited utilises "cookies". A cookie is a small text file that is stored on Your computer for record-keeping purposes. A cookie does not identify You personally or contain any other information about You but it does identify Your computer.

Build Software Limited uses strict information technology procedures, your files are stored with Amazon AWS s3 which is a PCI DSS version 3.2 compliant organisation. We encrypt all data that goes between Build Projects and you using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). Your data is also encrypted when we transfer it between our data centres for backup and replication.

Storage of Information

We keep your information for 7 years at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital copies.

Live CRM

You may choose to provide us with additional information to help improve and personalize your experience across our Services. For example, you may choose to upload contacts into your contacts CRM. We may share your uploaded contacts with other contacts in our CRM to create our community. You can opt out of sharing that contact by selecting ‘turn off show in public directory’.

Build Software Limited does not store Your credit card details

If You choose to pay for the Service by credit card, Your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by Build Software Limited staff. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by eWay (Web Active Corporation) to enable Build Software Limited to automatically bill your credit card on a recurring basis. Advertising partners

We may partner with third parties to advertise new construction opportunities in the local market and to offer their services to you. We may share Personal Information with them for this purpose. All third parties with which we share Personal Information with are required to use your Personal Information in a manner that is constant with this policy.

Build Software Limited reserves the right to change this Policy at any time, and any amended Policy is effective upon posting to this Website. Build Software Limited will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to You via email or notification via the Service.
